The information I had indicated that the Penryn Boatbuilding Company was located at Numbere 58 Southbury Road in Enfield. Being a librarian myself, I e-mailed a library system serving Enfield ..... and I received the the kind response below.

Thank you for your enquiry concerning Robert Tucker of no.58, Southbury
Road, Enfield and the Penryn Boatbuilding Co.

No.58, Southbury Road is a small terraced house built in the early 20th
century. There is no way that even a small boat could have been built on
the premises. A directory of 1969 lists Robert Tucker as the householder at
this address. I can only assume that Tucker used his home as the registered
office of the company. The boats must have been manufactured elsewhere.
