1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using UpBiz ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description
UpBiz is a workflow automation platform that allows you to:
- •Create and design workflows
- •Export workflows as JSON files and PDFs
- •Import workflows from other users or external sources
- •Share workflows with other users
- •Optimize workflows for efficiency and performance
3. Account & Subscription
3.1 Account Creation
You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality and all activity under your account.
3.2 Pro Subscription
- • Billing: Monthly recurring charge
- • Cancellation: Cancel anytime, effective at end of billing cycle
- • Price Changes: 30 days' notice required
3.3 Refund Policy
NO REFUNDS are provided for partial months, cancelled subscriptions, or unused time.
4. Payment
- •Processor: Stripe processes all payments
- •Card Storage: We store only last 4 digits and expiry
- •Failed Payments: Subscription downgrades to Free if payment fails
5. Workflows & Commercial Use
5.1 You Own Your Workflows
You own all workflows you create. You can use them for any purpose, including commercial purposes.
5.2 Commercial Use Allowed
You may:
- • Use workflows for commercial purposes
- • Offer workflow optimization services to clients
- • Share workflows with others commercially
- • Export workflows as JSON or PDF for distribution
5.3 Export & Distribution
You can freely export your workflows in JSON or PDF format and use them for any purpose.
6. Sharing & Collaboration
- •Share Workflows: You can share workflows with other users via unique links
- •Lead Capture: You can collect lead information when sharing workflows (Pro only)
- •Import Workflows: You can import workflows from other users or external sources
- •Your Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring shared content complies with laws
7. Data & Cancellation
Active Account
Your workflows and data are retained indefinitely while your account is active.
After Cancellation
Your data remains in our database. To request deletion, email: support@upbiz.com
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- •Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
- •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
- •Transmit malicious code or viruses
- •Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- •Create workflows intended to harm others
9. Liability Disclaimer
UpBiz is provided "as is" without warranties.
UpBiz is not liable for data loss, downtime, errors, failures, or any damages arising from your use of the service.
Maximum liability: Amount paid in last 12 months for subscription.
10. Changes & Termination
- •Account Termination: UpBiz may terminate your account for violations or illegal activity
- •Changes: UpBiz may update these terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
By using UpBiz, you acknowledge you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
